Our Bishop and Pastor

Although Bishop Henry & Pastor Patricia Phillips are called to be the Senior Pastors of Power of Change Christian Church, the ministerial mandate upon their lives extends beyond the grace of shepherding a local church.  God has confirmed the anointing upon their lives to reach the nations by establishing the Kingdom of God on foreign soil; proclaiming the Gospel through the Word and worship; building churches and schools; ministering to the needs of human living; and supporting missionaries in the four corners of the earth.

 

They also have a mandate to provide networking accountability, fellowship, and resources to an array of ministries throughout the Greater Saint Louis Region, as well as throughout the world.  Their desire is to assist and provide churches of like destiny with spiritual insight and direction, enabling them to be on the cutting edge of ministry while fulfilling their destiny.
